All orders will be processed though our warehouse within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
All orders are shipped via UPS with full tracking.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn items within 14 days of the delivery date.
Anything after 14 days may be returned for store credit only – no refunds.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns/exchanges that are returned passed the 14 day return window.
All sale items or items purchased with a promo code are final sale.
All Returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days upon receipt.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Merchandise that is returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for return shipment.
- Original shipping charges are not reimbursed for return purchases.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Make sure your name and order number is included in the return, and please include any paperwork if available.
- Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (usually 3-5 business days).
